My Mission
To add genuine value to people’s lives by lightening the load, simplifying processes, and helping businesses thrive, because happiness really is the by-product of helping others succeed (and maybe finally drinking your coffee while it’s still hot).
📅From NHS to VA
So, while I figured that out, back in 2005 I joined the NHS in an administrative, patient-facing role. Fast forward twenty years (and approximately a million spreadsheets), and I’m still in the medical world, having coordinated and provided services for both patients and professionals.

Over the years, one thing has been made very clear: I have a knack for organisation, problem-solving, and turning “where do I even start?” into “look how smoothly that runs!”. Apparently, I even make process improvement look fun (I’ll take it!).
After having my daughter in 2022, and embracing my new side hustles as chauffeur, stylist, and snack genie, I found myself wondering what really makes me tick outside of motherhood. Then I stumbled across a quote by Robin Sharma:

Cue the lightbulb moment. Somewhere between the nappies, nap times, and (far too much) caffeine, it clicked - this is what I want to do. Help others, make their lives easier, and add value in meaningful ways. And so, my journey as a Virtual Assistant began, fuelled by purpose, powered by coffee, and polished with just the right amount of humour.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the kind of person who colour-codes the calendar and gets a mild thrill from ticking off a to-do list (don’t judge me). But if you’d asked 20 year-old me what I wanted to do with my life, I’d probably have shrugged and gone to make another cup of tea.

How do you track your time?

How do payments work?
For retainer work, I take the full month’s payment upfront. For ad-hoc support, there’s a 3 hour deposit payable in advance. I operate on a simple 30 day cancellation policy, and we’ll get started as soon as the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. Straightforward, clear, and hassle-free, just how it should be..
Will you take on Access to Work Clients (A2W)?

All of them! Even though I come from a medical background and know the hospitality world well, my skills translate across just about any sector. Admin is admin, whether you’re running a creative studio, coaching clients, managing a small business, or juggling multiple projects at once.
I use Toggl to track all the work I do for you, so every task is logged accurately. This means you only pay for the time I actually spend supporting your business. Everything is transparent and easy to check, so you always know exactly where your hours are going, no guesswork, no hidden extras.
Yes, and I take security seriously. I use LastPass, which allows you to share access to accounts without ever revealing your actual passwords. That means I can organise your inbox, send holding replies, sort folders, unsubscribe from junk, and keep on top of important messages, all while your login details stay private and protected.
Is everything you do confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a must in my work, and I treat your information with the same care I’d expect someone to treat mine. I follow GDPR best practices, keep data secure, and only access what I need to do the job. Your privacy and trust are non-negotiable.
