How long I keep information

I retain personal information based on its purpose:

  • General enquiries e.g. contact forms and emails; retained for one year following our last communication unless further contact takes place.

  • Client data (contracts, invoices, service records): retained for six years for legal and tax compliance

  • Marketing preferences (e.g. newsletter subscriptions) Stored until you withdraw consent.

How to complain

IIf you have any concerns about how your personal data has been used, please contact me using the details at the top of this privacy notice. I’ll look into your concern and respond as quickly as possible.

If you’re unhappy with the outcome, you can raise a formal data protection complaint using my Data Complaints Policy, which explains how complaints are handled and the steps involved.

If you still remain dissatisfied after following my complaints process, you can then raise your concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The ICO will generally expect you to have contacted me first and allowed time for a response.
